All cookies are baked to order and packaged in airtight pouches and will remain fresh for several days stored at room temperature. Cookies can be frozen in original pouches for up to 3 months.

Ordering & Shipping

  • Shipping day: Orders typically ship every Monday.
  • Cut-off: Orders placed by Thursday 11:59 PM ET ship the following Monday.
  • After cut-off: Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the following week.

Shipping Method

We ship via USPS Priority Mail (typical delivery in 1–3 business days). You’ll receive tracking once your order ships so you can follow it to your doorstep.

Ordering & Local Pickup

  • Orders are typically available for pickup within 96 hours of order confirmation.
  • Pickup orders are confirmed within 24 hours.
